Shipping Costs and Delivery Time and Order Received

WHAT IS LE FREAK's SHIPPING POLICY?

- All prices and transactions are EX WORKS. Hence, our price lists exclude transportation expenses or associated fees.
- Shipping services are available upon request for an additional cost.
- Le Freak will be free of any charges or responsibility over events, loss, or damages during or after transport or installation.



WHAT IS THE LE FREAK DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME?

- Please note that the listed duration is only an estimated delivery time.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for packing. You will receive an e-mail from the shipping company with a tracking number and a more specific delivery date.
- Overseas, large orders go ship and delivery time is 10-14 weeks.
- Any delivery date and time provided by Le Freak is only an estimate. Our company cannot be held liable for any damage or loss the customer may suffer from delay or non-delivery.
- COM Orders: Lead time for orders with COM/COL products starts after the approval of all materials.



WHAT SHOULD YOU DO AFTER RECEIVING THE LE FREAK ORDER?

Please verify the products upon receipt. The check shall include:
- Checking the products and the quantity of products delivered.
- Checking that the quality is as promised.



Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded based on damages at arrival. If the package is damaged, the customer shall accept the delivery but note the damage on the freight document and state that the delivery is “received with reservation”. 


In case of discrepancies, the customer shall contact Le Freak within seven working days from the receipt date of the products.


Le Freak may issue a credit note or replace the damaged products. Redelivery depends on the customer’s provision of photos of both the package and the damaged product. Send this documentation with other relevant information to the customer’s sales representative at Le Freak.
