1. ARE ALL PRODUCTS LE FREAK EXCLUSIVE DESIGNS?
Le Freak designs all its products and collections in-house. However, it is open to collaborations and co-collections or products.


2. MAY I BUY PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
Due to our inherent exclusivity and hand processes,  we don’t provide stock. Our production flow is made-to-order, following the customers’ specifications.


3. HOW CAN I APPLY TO THE TRADE PROGRAM AND CREATE A TRADE ACCOUNT?
You can apply to the Le Freak trade program by completing the form. You can also reach out to our sales team.


4. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Submit your request in our forms or talk to our sales team directly.


5. IS THERE A MINIMUM REQUIRED ORDER VALUE WHEN PURCHASING FROM LE FREAK?
There is no minimum order value required.


6. CAN I CUSTOMISE LE FREAK PRODUCTS?
• Each product offers different variations, from materials to finishes and dimensions, following standard options. You can play with our selection of materials and finishes.
• You can play with our options to fulfil your client's needs, tastes and preferences.
• Our technical and product teams evaluate the custom requests to approve or not the order.
• We seek the perfect match between what we can do and your interior design project demands.
• Regarding COM Orders (customer’s own materials), production will not begin on any product requiring any type of fabric or leather supplied by the purchaser until all the materials for the products ordered have arrived at the Le Freak manufacturers.


7. WHERE DO I FIND PRODUCT FACT SHEETS?
You may find all relevant information about our products in their product fact sheets and on their individual product detail pages. 


8. WHAT IS THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN OF PRODUCT? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN OF A LE FREAK PRODUCT.
Le Freak products are made in Portugal. Please find this information on the pricelist.


9. TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SELL?
Le Freak sells worldwide.


10. WHAT IS YOUR SECURE PAYEMENT POLICY?
All prices exclude VAT.

VAT, customs and import duties
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. We have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
