All product designs, product names and content included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from Le Freak.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Spain and any dispute related to this website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Spain.



CONTENT, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICES - DISCLAIMER

Le Freak strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website.

There may occasionally be product changes and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be held liable for these errors or changes and neither Le Freak nor any employee or representative of Le Freak can be held liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing, the price does not include freight costs, insurance, customs duties, fees and taxes. If not included on the initial invoice, the extra costs will be invoiced separately when Le Freak know the exact price.
Le Freak reserves the right to change prices or any other charges at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by Le Freak, including notices sent or posted by Le Freak.



ORDER HANDLING AND ACCEPTANCE

www.lefreakhome.com is open 24 hours a day. The website might temporarily be down for maintenance.
You must be 18 years old to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can have an adult make the order for you.
Every order is individually handled. Upon order confirmation, Le Freak shall deliver the products as soon as possible unless otherwise agreed. When confirming the order, the customer also confirms the delivery address. If any changes to the delivery address occur after the order confirmation, a charge of 100 EUR (750 DKK; 85 GBP; 110 USD; 1.000 SEK; 1.000 NOK) will be added.



CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS

Except for the following situations, the Customer cannot cancel the Order after confirmation:
   • Changes and cancellations for made-to-order within 48 hours of receipt of order confirmation.
   • Changes and cancellations for made-to-order between 48 hours of receipt of order confirmation and six weeks before the ex-warehouse date. In these cases, a fee equal to 25% of the order value will apply.
   • Changes and cancellations for made-to-order between five and three weeks before the ex-warehouse date. In these cases, a fee equal to 50% of the order value will apply.
   • Changes and cancellations for made-to-order less than three weeks before the ex-warehouse date. In these cases, a fee equal to 100% of the order value will apply. 



WARRANY AND COMPLAINTS

If the products have been paid in full, Le Freak warrants to the customer that 2 years from the delivery date, all products will be free from any production errors, provided that the customer’s complaint is filed to Le Freak within the warranty period. For the avoidance of doubt, all defects due to or caused by transport, incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, or the customer’s alteration or repair are excluded from the warranty.



FILLING OF CLAIMS

If the customer wishes to claim any defects in the products, the Customer shall notify Le Freak within seven working days of becoming aware of the defect. Le Freak shall not be liable for any defective products if the customer fails to give notice in writing to Le Freak before the expiry of this period. If the customer wishes to return products due to a claim, Le Freak’s team must be reached out. Include:
   • Pictures of the defect
   • Short and precise description of the defect
   • Order number
   • Customer number and email



PRODUCT LIABILITY

Le Freak is only liable for material damage caused by delivered products if Le Freak is provided with sufficient documentation that the damage occurred due to Le Freak’s error or negligence. Le Freak is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage such as, but not limited to, operational losses, loss of earnings or other financial consequences arising from damage caused by Le Freak's products whether in contract, tort, strict product liability, or otherwise.



APPLICABLE LAW

Any dispute arising between a customer and Le Freak will be settled with the laws of Spain.
